Any holiday the kids are with us, Gary asks them to call their mother. When they don’t want to, he tells them to at least say hello.
On Easter Sunday, Sunflower actually asked to call Crow, so Gary dialed the number for her and handed her the phone. When she didn’t get an answer, Gary asked her to leave a message, and then they tried Crow’s cell phone, with the same result: no answer, leave a message.
That was early afternoon on Sunday. Two messages left by one of her children, and what did Crow do?
She never called back.
She had all day Sunday, then all day Monday, and she didn’t bother to call Sunflower back to return her “happy Easter” wishes.
Just when I thought my abysmally low opinion of Crow could not possibly sink any lower, she manages to disappoint me (and the kids) yet again.
Very sad for the kids that she didn’t care enough to even call back!
